FOOD ALCHEMY & RECIPES WITH JAMIE
“I teach you everything you need to know (and nothing you don’t) about how to create approachable, time-honored, and nutrient-dense food to bring to your table.”
WHO WE WORK WITH
INDIVIDUALS SEEKING HEALTH & FOOD-CHANGE
With our combined knowledge of the body’s systems and food, we help people optimize how their bodies function, working with diet and lifestyle changes that lead to impactful, sustainable health change. Every recommendation is made with the individual in mind. This is not about fixed plans or one-size-fits-all approaches — it’s a whole-person approach to health.
OTHER HEALTH & WELLNESS PROFESSIONALS
Over the past decade, we’ve helped people navigate health challenges due to immune, weight, digestive, and energy issues (to name just a few!). We’ve consulted with medical professionals in need of food support for their patients. We’ve served over 10,000 people our one-of-a-kind recipes through our plant-based, allergen-friendly restaurant in Oklahoma City.

THE GOOD STUFF
It was love at first salad bite.
A Mediterranean Kale Salad, that is. (IYKYK) When we first met and were working together at the culinary academy, Jamie made me his famous Mediterranean Kale Salad for lunch. I took one bite and proclaimed, with cheeks full of kale, “I want to marry this person!” Apparently, I knew how to set an intention.
Strangers with a past.
We were strangers when we met, but found out shortly after meeting that our grandmothers were long-time close friends.
We had 15 dogs.
In May of 2021, we took in a stray, pregnant dog who ended up having 15 puppies in our garage. We spent two months caring for 15 hound dogs at our home (and profusely apologizing to our neighbors). Apparently, we take nourishing others very seriously.
